These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and gkbet ("gkbet," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the gkbet website located at gkbet.club and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

gkbet reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents from any account holder at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

To access real-money games and features on gkbet, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active gkbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. gkbet employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus winnings will be voided, and the matter will be reviewed by the gkbet compliance team.

gkbet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your gkbet account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your gkbet account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. gkbet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify gkbet's support team immediately via live chat. gkbet will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.

gkbet accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be added or removed from time to time at gkbet's discretion.

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered gkbet account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated gkbet account may be suspended pending investigation.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by gkbet, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your gkbet wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 10 minutes depending on network conditions.

gkbet does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. gkbet is not liable for any delays or failures in deposit processing caused by your payment provider, network outages, or circumstances beyond gkbet's reasonable control.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your gkbet account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on your account, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, gkbet may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with your ID, and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold.

gkbet processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes, subject to successful verification:

• GCash: Typically within 10 minutes of approval
• PayMaya: Typically within 15 minutes of approval
• BPI / BDO: 1 to 3 hours from approval
• Metrobank: 2 to 4 hours from approval

gkbet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in cases where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, gkbet will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

gkbet offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all gkbet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have a verified gkbet account in good standing.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified time limit. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.

All games available on the gkbet platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

gkbet's games — including live dealer tables, slots, bingo, and card games — are provided by licensed third-party game providers. The outcomes of all games are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. gkbet does not manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, gkbet will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, gkbet may void the affected round and return any wagers placed during that round to the player's account. gkbet's decision in such matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gkbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gkbet account holders at no cost, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your gkbet account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined time period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

gkbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's payment provider
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including real-money funds, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals — may be forfeited at gkbet's discretion, subject to applicable law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their gkbet account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to the standard withdrawal process and verification requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gkbet's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gkbet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the gkbet platform.

gkbet does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. gkbet will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gkbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

All content on the gkbet platform — including but not limited to the gkbet name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of gkbet or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gkbet platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the gkbet platform without prior written consent from gkbet.
